Please be aware each item is individually hand made and can take up to 4 weeks for order to be received (mainly for the larger items).  If you need something urgently please contact me before you checkout and I'm sure we can organise something.  

I do hope you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied I am happy to offer a refund.  Please return product back within 14 days of delivery in it's original, unused condition.
